Pricing for Profit: The Art and Science of Merchandising Math (the “Program”)
SERVICES PROVIDED
Live Classes
The Program includes three classes recorded live in Seattle, currently scheduled for 10:00am to 11:30pm Pacific Daylight Time on May 7, May 14, and May 21, 2018, location for in-person students to be announced later. Class times and dates are subject to change upon advance notice from Merchant Method.
Exclusive Community Forum
Members in good standing will be given access to a closed Facebook group from such member’s enrollment through May 28, 2018.
Requests for Support
If you have a clearly-formed and easily-answered question about the Program or any of the concepts presented in class, you may post that question in the closed Facebook group. If the question is clear, direct, and intentional (no more than 3 sentences long), I will try to provide you with a quick response through the group, but an answer may take up to 36 hours.
Limitations of Membership
Membership in the Program does not guarantee any direct consultations with Merchant Method or Christine Guillot in the classes, during office hours, through the private Facebook group, or by email or text.
Price and Payment
The early admissions price for the Program, for those enrolling no later than Noon Pacific time on April 27, 2018 (“Early Enrollment Deadline”), is three hundred fifty US dollars ($350.00) if such fee is paid in full at the time of enrollment. A payment plan is also available for those enrolling by the Early Enrollment Deadline, in which the enrollee will pay one hundred US dollars ($100.00) at the time of enrollment and one hundred US dollars ($100.00) for each of the three following months for a total of four hundred US dollars ($400.00). The regular price for the Program is a one-time payment of four hundred US dollars ($400.00), due by Noon Pacific time on May 4, 2018 (“Regular Enrollment Deadline”). A payment plan is also available for those enrolling by the Regular Enrollment Deadline, in which the enrollee will pay one hundred fifteen US dollars ($115.00) at the time of enrollment and one hundred fifteen US dollars ($115.00) for each of the three following months for a total of four hundred sixty US dollars ($460.00). With respect to any payment plan enrollment, entry of valid credit card information will be required at the time of enrollment and if for some reason your monthly payment cannot be processed successfully with 7 days, your fee will incur a 2% penalty charge and membership may be revoked.

Program Changes
Merchant Method may, in its sole discretion, change the content and structure of the Program including, without limitation, adding additional members at any time, engaging a substitute coach at any time, and cancelling the Program upon five (5) days’ notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
License to Program Materials: All materials available through the Program (the “Materials”) are the property of Merchant Method and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Materials are provided solely for your personal noncommercial use. You may not use Materials in a manner that infringes on Merchant Method’s rights. Unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the Materials. You may download or print one copy of individual pages of the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Confidentiality: You understand that, in connection with the Program, you may disclose confidential information including, but not limited to, trade secrets, research, product plans, product designs, processes, formulas, marketing, finances, sales methodologies, information regarding customers and potential customers, and other business information (“Confidential Information”), and that you may receive such Confidential Information from Merchant Method or other participants. You agree that you will not share such Confidential Information with any third party without the disclosing party’s prior written consent, will hold all such Confidential Information in trust and confidence for the disclosing party, and will not use such Confidential Information for your own business or benefit, and you understand that Merchant Method and all other participants are subject to the same restrictions regarding my Confidential Information. You understand and agree that all Confidential Information disclosed in connection with the Program is the sole and exclusive property of the disclosing party, and that you have no license to the proprietary rights of the disclosing party.
Enrollment Termination
Voluntary: You are free to cancel anytime however no refunds will be issued for the Program.
Involuntary: Merchant Method may, in its sole discretion, terminate a member’s enrollment if that member:
No refund shall be issued to a member whose membership is terminated under this provision. If a member’s membership is terminated involuntarily, that member may not be permitted to re-enroll in the Program at a future date.
Disclaimers and Waivers
Earnings: When addressing financial matters in the Program we’ve taken every effort to ensure we accurately represent the Program and its potential benefits. However, there is no guarantee that you will get any results or earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies, or recommendations. This is not a “get rich scheme.” Nothing in the Program is a promise or guarantee of earnings.
Results: Your level of success in attaining similar results is dependent upon many factors including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation, to name a few. Because these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot and do not guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business. Any forward-looking statements outlined in the Program are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises for actual performance. Any changes to our Terms of Service will become effective upon emailing to the email address you provide at the time of enrollment or such other email address as you may later provide in writing. Use of the Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy then in effect.

Enrollment Termination

- Displays any conduct which is disruptive, abusive, threatening or otherwise offensive to other members, or any employee, contractor or discussion moderator of Merchant Method, regardless of medium (class, office hours, closed Facebook group, etc.);
- Is deemed by Merchant Method to be an improper fit for the Program.
No refund shall be issued to a member whose membership is terminated under this provision. If a member’s membership is terminated involuntarily, that member may not be permitted to re-enroll in the Program at a future date.
